This figure is 10 1/2" tall and comes with a display stand. I call this an "action" figure somewhat loosely, because it moves only at the shoulders and waist. It is, however, a pretty decent representation of Nichelle Nichols.
"Presents" seems to be a division of Hamilton Gifts (see 1991 U.S.S. Enterprise Mug). The figure itself is simply marked "Hamilton Authorized User."
